Fine-85 Vintage Enamel 14kt Ruby, Gold & Diamonds Snake Bracelet I have a passion for finding snake jewelry and when you find a masterpiece in gold and diamonds, I just had to buy it. This bracelet has green and blue enameling with diamonds in a 14 kt gold setting. The workmanship is superb and one jeweler speculated it may have been made in Spain around the 1950's. This bracelet measures 7” around the inside; the front is 1” wide with a pressure closure and security chain. There are no markings I can see. This bracelet is in excellent condition. Price: SOLD
Fine-84 Vintage Enamel 14 kt Ruby and Diamond Snake Pin This wonderful 14 Kt snake enameled pin has white, black and red enameling with a south sea pearl dangling from its mouth with rubies and diamonds nestled in a gold 14kt setting. CH-160 SIGNED CHANEL STARS BROOCH AND EARRINGS This is a great set made by Chanel probably in the late 70's. It has a black enamel front with stars and the “CC” logo on the front. The matching clip-back earrings have the same design. It is signed on the back of the earrings “Chanel.” The brooch and earrings measure 1-1/2” and are sheer elegance when worn together or attaching the pin to one of the chanel sautoirs. It is made with a gold tone metal with red, green and blue cabochon round cabochon crystals in the center of each side. On the bottom is a faux round pearl. Contemporary-69 SIGNED DAVID MANDEL TREMBLER TURTLE BROOCH David Mandel recently won an esteemed award from Swarovski as being one of the best designers of the year. As you can see, this is why. This is David Mandel wonderful trembler big turtle brooch. He created it about ten years ago and I recently bought it back from a client. The head moves while catching a fly with its tongue. The body has vintage Czech topaz crystals with citrine round crystals on the outside. Its web feet are made with a combination of green crystals and glass. The eyes have black glass. The poor fly is made with pink watermelon crystals. It measures 6” long and 4-1/2” wide. It is made with a gold-tone metal and David always signs his pieces “The Show Must Go On.” Price: $450.00
Contemporary-68 SIGNED VINTAGE DAVID MANDEL FAUX JADE DANGLING EARRINGS David Mandel recently won an esteemed award from Swarovski as being one of the best designers of the year. These earrings certainly makes you admire his talent. Although these one of a kind earrings were made in the 80's, David Mandel was probably inspired with the Art Deco era of the 30's. The earrings have the look of French paste ... with the green faux jade cut glass center surrounded with small clear crystals. The earrings are clip-back and measures 6” long and 1” at its widest point. The top faux jade disk measures 3/4” wide ... the center faux jade measures 1-1/2” and the black glass drop at the bottom is 1-1/2” long. It is signed “The Show Must Go On.” which is how David signs. The bud can be pulled away from the stem and worn as a smaller pin. It is beautifully made. His love of the 20's, 30's and 40's is reflected in his creations. This flower is no exception. Huge in size: 6-1/2” long and 3-1/4” at its widest point ... this brooch will definitely be noticed. It is 3-dimensional with faceted marquis-shaped crystals for the flower’s petals and round clear crystals in-between each petal. The center has a cluster of small brilliant crystals encircle a large sparkling round crystal. The stem extends downward with tiny clear crystals. His love of the 20's, 30's and 40's and it's reflected in his creations. This is one magnificent set and is one of a kind. There is so much to describe. He created this one of a kind 1990's collar necklace that has brilliant emerald shaped clear crystals on both sides and leading to a colorful crystal slide-in clasp. In-between the emerald-shaped clear crystal rim ...you have a multitude of different shapes, sizes and color crystals: greens, red, blues, yellows, pink, aqua in shapes such a round, marquis, pear ... you name it ... it’s in this necklace. The front overlaps each other and is worn to the side ... rather than center. It is made with a silver-tone metal and each crystal is prong set. Either way, its very impressive and the center section is made with 4 green glass flowers. The petals are made with dark green crystals with a faux pearl in the center of each flower. The leaves intertwine between the flowers and is made with a gold-tone metal. It has a gold-tone chain with a fold-over clasp. The necklace measures 16”. UN-496 VINTAGE HUGE CRYSTAL BIB NECKLACE Although this necklace is unsigned ... it was created by the designer who made jewelry for Madonna. It was made in the 80's. The front of the bib has 3 large flowers made with brilliant, clear pear shaped crystals. Streaming downward from each of these flowers is a combination of pear and round shaped sparkling crystals. All the crystals are prong-set and foiled back. On each side of the gold-tone chain is a huge flower with large round crystals in-between them. It has a lobster claw clasp and a large round crystal on the other side of the chain. The center crystal flower extends downward 6-1/4”. The centerpiece is 6-1/2” wide. This is a very rare piece that refuses to be ignored. Price: $800.00
UN-495 VINTAGE RED CABOCHON DANGLING EARRINGS These 1940's clip-back dangling earrings have a wonderful combination of different shapes of red cabochon crystals ... round, oval and pear shaped. The top round cabochon is bezel with a wiring similar to the Mantissa style. The gold-tone metal chain extends downward to an oval red cabochon in the center and a big pear shaped cabochon at the end. The earrings measure 3-1/2” long and 1/2 ” wide. The front has a fold-over flap with a silver color metal enclosure with Chanel’s famous “CC.” It is simple and elegant with a pleated design. The inside is burgundy leather and stamped “Chanel” “Made in France.” There is a zippered compartment on the inside above the signature. This purse measures 15” wide and 6-1/2” long. AC-128 CHRISTIAN DIOR PINK LINEN SADDLE BAG This is a FAMOUS and wonderful Christian Dior pink fabric saddle bag. It has a slanted design and is beautifully made. The trimming has a nickel metal finish and leather trimming. The fabric is heavy linen with a raised embroidered design and polka dots. The strap has the Dior signature “CD” on both ends and has the same pink linen fabric on top of the strap with leather underneath. The flap has Dior’s signature “CD”. There are 27 nickel color metal coins that hang from the bottom of the front flap. Each coin says “Dior.” The front flap closes with a pink leather strip that is attached to Velcro. There is also a large “D” that hangs from a pink leather strap. The “D” also is inscribed with “CD” on it. The bag measures 8” high on the highest end and 3-1/2” at the shorter side. The fabric strap measures 11-3/4” with the additional 4-1/4” high for the metal “CD” on each end. The gusset is 2-1/2”. The inside has the famous Dior tan fabric with the pink leather signature flap that says “Christian Dior Paris.” The back has a pocket with a magnetic closure. This bag comes with papers of authenticity. This Dior handbag is in excellent condition. Price: $500.00
